Open Another Person S Exchange Contacts. Select Open Shared Calendar. Click Add to open another mailbox.
Click the Forward Contact icon in the Share box in the Navigation Pane at the top of your screen until a drop down menu appears. On the File menu point to Open and then click Other Users Folder. You can open another Microsoft Outlook users Exchange Contacts folder so long as they have granted you permission.
Open a shared contacts list in Outlook If you have permissions to a shared mailbox the contacts folder from the shared mailbox is automatically added to your My Contact list.
In the navigation pane click Contacts to open the switcher and then click Open Another Persons Contacts. In the Search box type the name of the person who granted you access click the persons name in the search results and then click Open. In the navigation pane click the arrow to expand Other Contacts and then click Open Other Contacts Notes Basic client users. On the File menu point to Open and then click Other Users Folder.
