Turn On Text Messaging Notifications. To adjust notifications for all apps. On your phone tap Settings Apps notifications Notifications Notifications on lock screen.
Under Lock screen turn on or off Sensitive notifications. In the Text Messaging dialog box in the Locale list click the country or region where your mobile device is registered. Tap Notifications Turn on All Messages for web notifications.
